1. Your use of AllProBuyer's products, software, services and web sites (referred to collectively as "Services" in this document) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and AllProBuyers. "AllProBuyers" is a division of AdPaid LLC, whose principal registered place of business is at 1666 Glencove Ave NW, Palm Bay, FL, United States.
2. By joining our program and using our Services you automatically agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms you should close your account and stop using our Services immediately. Violation of any of these terms will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the offending account, without refund of any fees paid.

4. You must register with, and use, your real name and correct information while using our Services.
5. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program. You and AllProBuyers are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and AllProBuyers. You understand that you do not have authority to accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of AllProBuyers. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
6. You are allowed one account per IP address or household. This also refers to payment processor accounts. Any members found to be sharing payment processor accounts will have their accounts terminated without refund.
7. It must be stressed that auto-click software of any kind is strictly prohibited. When we catch you using, promoting, or endorsing this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
8. We reserve the right to terminate your account in cases of, but not limited to, spamming, cheating, misrepresentation of our Services, abusive or libellous or untrue posting, rudeness to our staff, or misuse of the system.
9. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
10. We do not allow incentivised signups. Our Services are based on bringing in real members who wish to click, view ads, and visit websites. Any other incentive is strictly prohibited. Any member found to be offering any other incentive, such as ref-back, extra commissions, paid-to-signup etc. will have their account terminated.
11. You must log in at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. Inactive accounts will be terminated.
12. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior consent or notice.
